Svetlana’s approach
Healthy, happy employees who enjoy their jobs make for a far more positive and engaged workforce. And greater employee engagement results in more productivity and a better employee experience.
By developing an inspirational, open and happy culture focused on employees’ wellbeing, you will help both your employees and your business grow.
With an MBA and an IT and business analytics career that spans retail, financial services and investment banking, Svetlana understands how the pressures of a demanding corporate culture, urgent deadlines and constant multitasking, combined with a lack of support and little sense of belonging can impact the body – inside and out.
As an established well-being consultant Svetlana works closely with your HR team and conducts extensive wellbeing discovery to find out what the specific needs are for your employees and what you want your programme to achieve.
Every programme is bespoke and tailored personally by Svetlana uniquely for your organisation, focusing on specific topics that will help improve your employees’ mental and physical health, and showing how small changes can have a transformative impact on their lives.
Svetlana is experienced in different methods of communication and at using multiple approaches and techniques to ensure your employees understand the topics and wellbeing techniques being discussed in her sessions. And if there’s a topic or area you would like to focus more time on then Svetlana is more than happy to do this – there is no set methodology for achieving happy, calm and engaged employees.
Through her wellbeing consultancy services, Svetlana offers one-to-one coaching courses as well as group coaching sessions for your teams that work in harmony with your HR strategy or as part of your benefits package.
All sessions can be done either in person or online.
