Svetlana’s approach
As a holistic health coach, Svetlana believes in working with the whole body, inside and out, so if you have a specific health diagnosis Svetlana has the knowledge and experience to incorporate recovery and management of your symptoms into your plan. For every Advera client, Svetlana guides through the fundamental pillars of wellbeing; sleep hygiene, nutrition, physical activities and stress management.
Svetlana starts each personal coaching package with a 1.5-hour health assessment call or face-to-face meeting. During this well-structured session, she will ask a series of in-depth questions about your health and lifestyle, sleep patterns, diet, any specific ailments or challenges you are trying to overcome, and the goals you’re looking to achieve together.
Based on the inputs received during this session, Svetlana will develop a bespoke six-week/six-session course that is tailored to address your exact needs and issues identified during the assessment, always taking your lifestyle and dietary preferences into consideration.
Sessions can be conducted either in person or online, and Svetlana is also available to support all her personal clients through regular checkpoints over WhatsApp.
